If you use a Windows Domain, you can set a Group Policy for all pcs that
will dictate their homepage. This is for IE only, not other browsers
though. Another option is group polcies or scripts on the clients.

Is Squid able to do a homepage hijack ? What i am trying to achieve is
force all the newly opened browsers to visit a particular page. There's
something like a redirector program that works on the basis of acl , but
how do i tell whether it is a newly opened browser?
