Hi all, I am having the following error messages in cache.log when starting squid with msnt_auth: helperOpenServers: Starting 10 'msnt_auth' processes 2005/10/21 15:15:00| WARNING: Cannot run '/usr/lib/squid/msnt_auth' process. 2005/10/21 15:15:00| WARNING: Cannot run '/usr/lib/squid/msnt_auth' process. 2005/10/21 15:15:00| WARNING: Cannot run '/usr/lib/squid/msnt_auth' process. ... But if I use the command line to test the msnt_auth program it works perfectly. I am running squid with the user 'squid' and the file permission is as follow: -rwxr-xr-x 1 squid squid 85796 Oct 21 11:52 msnt_auth The squid version is 2.5.STABLE9 and the kernell 2.6.9-1.667. What could be the problem ? I have the same squid and kernell version installed into another machine and everything is ok. The only difference is that this new machine is running iptables too.
