good day. we are running 2.5stable9 with proxy authentication. we
have users who would like to use google talk
(http://www.google.com/talk/).

we have configured proxy auth on the google talk client; however, they
could get thru the proxy.

in the access.log, i got the following entry:

TCP_DENIED/400 1632 NONE error:unsupported-request-method

how do i enable use of google talk?

thanks for the help.

In my case, we can get thru the proxy with google talk.

1127199809.087 0 x.x.x.x TCP_DENIED/400 3568 NONE
error:unsupported-request-method - NONE/- text/html
1127199809.406 309 x.x.x.x TCP_MISS/000 2302 CONNECT
www.google.com:443 - FIRST_UP_PARENT/filter.x.x.x -

However, also you can connect with a client jabber with the server
settings: talk.google.com Port: 5223,
and in squid, 5223 add to the SSL_ports acl.

Thanks
