hi,how can I make sure that all users get an equal amount of bandwidth in squid?
I would like to avoid one abusing user blocking the others and sucking all available bandwidth.
However, if that's the only user using squid at that time, it's ok for her to use all available bandwidth.
Would it be possible to have such a setup, and how? thank you :) Marco
