Squid reports

Hello,

we have a squid proxy running. Now we want to see how long a user is
connected to the internet. We have tested several tools from the
squid-cache.org website. Our problem is that I can`t see a real value
showing the real online time of a user...I don`t know if it is a general
problem of squid reporting that. For example: we have connected at 8:00am,
10min. to www.google.de then closing the site. then at 8:30am we have
connected again for 10min. and closed again. with the tool "squint" I can
see some stats for the connections, but he shows nto 8:00-8:10 User1 ... and
8:30-8:40 User1. He shows 8:00-8:40 and summary 40min. ?? Is there a tool
out there wich generates real reports showing the real online time how long
a site has been opened?

Thx a lot for your feedback!!!

Best regards!!
