Dear All We are using webmin (1.9) interface to create user and corresponding password in /etc/squid/passwd file. This file was being used for /usr/lib/squid/ncsa_auth. Suddenly the "proxy authentication" icon has disappered from webmin SQUID server group . I am not able to figure out the problem. Any one can help.
