I tried the cacheability engine on http://www.ircache.net/ for
http://boamp.journal-officiel.gouv.fr
The engine complains about an "inaccurate server's clock"...

Then you may need to use "Control+Reload" or "Shift+Reload" to force a reload of changed pages.


Could I do something to get the correct page ?

You should suggest to the site maintainer that they should run with a reasonably correct clock setting. This makes life for caches (both shared like Squid and private as in the browser caches) considerably more accurate.
