Your answer doesn't really reply to my question as there were the indirect question when there may be a first stable release of Squid 3.0 available. I'm just asking because this really is the first time I saw pre-releases in an opensource project but after years of it sill no stable release. I think the way from pre to stable normaly takes only a few month :-) If not, the pre-releases aren't exactly those but more development stuff. Regards Julian Pawlowski
