This is what I see for my IP Tables.

Chain PREROUTING (policy ACCEPT)
target	prot opt source			destination

Chain POSTROUTING (policy ACCEPT)
target 	prot opt source			destination
MASQUERADE	 all  --  anywhere		  anywhere

Chain OUTPUT (policy ACCEPT)
target 	prot opt source			destination

As far as I know this is the default.  If this is incorrect please
Let me know.  Please let me know what the configuration should be.
