[squid-users] Fw: upload traffic

Dear All,
is it possible to limit the upload traffic for each user on the squid proxy, 
i can limit the download traffic using delay pools, but is it possible for 
upload.?
in fact i want to control this, coz of all the abuse on my network b using 
kazaa and such p2p software.
