Yes.  It always fails here:

2005/03/18 23:12:51| assertion failed: store_swapout.c:277: "mem->inmem_hi
== mem->swapout.queue_offset"

I noticed that problem initially when nearly every web page had broken
graphics. When I cleared ny browser cache (forcing all al objects to be
retreived from Squid) then *every* graphic on any page was broken.
That's when I saw that Squid was restarting itself, then the above error
in cache.log.

Also, these in my system log, every few minutes:

squid[21560]: Squid Parent: child process 21562 exited due to signal 6
squid[21560]: Squid Parent: child process 21623 started
squid[21560]: Squid Parent: child process 21623 exited due to signal 6
squid[21560]: Squid Parent: child process 21643 started
squid[21560]: Squid Parent: child process 21643 exited due to signal 6
squid[21560]: Squid Parent: child process 21704 started
squid[21560]: Squid Parent: child process 21704 exited due to signal 6
squid[21560]: Squid Parent: child process 21725 started

The problem was fixed by backing out the aufs patch and leaving the other
3 patches in place.

Hope this helps.
