[squid-users] external acl

I want to set ttl time to 10 hours for certain sites.

Sampe config:

acl for-ext external ext-class-1

external_acl_type ext-class-1 ttl=36000 %DST   /path/to/helper

My question is:

1) What is helper ..?
2) Where do i mention the site urls ?
3) How do i apply the acl ?
