To redirect trafic to the websense server running on a w2k box, you should install the squid plug-in on your proxy server. To do this, run the websense installation program on your squid proxy box, choose custom installation, then Filtering Plug-in from the list of components to install. These steps are described on the pages 67 & 68 of the document above. I think your network configuration may look like the configuration given on page 20. I tryed to do the same thing but when I enter the IP address of the Filtering Service box (during the installation of the plug-in), I get the following message: "The Filtering Service provided does not support a remote plug-in. Select another Filtering Service". I still can't solve this problem. So if your installation will succeed, please let me know.
