RE: [squid-users] cache seems like not working

last time before my squid run with transparent proxy, if someone download
file which was already downloaded by another user then the squid will
download that file very fast. but now it's not like that.. please advise
what should I do?

  What do you mean by this ? Squid will not put  a file
on a users' computer automatically.

As far as multiple downloads are attempted. Check SQUID's access.log
for these requests.
If persistent, post examples , to firmly state your case.
