Yes, I am positively sure.
I have tried every version of the site and I can't find a link that lets me download an actual gzip file - I can only save the html file that contains the error message pertaining to the fact the file does not exist.
Only one of the patch links works, and it is a plain diff (not gzip).
Select the latest archived version of the page, then the 2.4.STABLE7 version of the patch.
