Sadly problems occur after adding more spice with:
"-device virtio-serial-pci -device
virtserialport,chardev=spicechannel0,name=com.redhat.spice.0 -chardev
spicevmc,id=spicechannel0,name=vdagent"
qemu starts logging warnings in a loop and is no longer usable:
D:\cygwin64\x86_64-w64-mingw32\qemu-5.2.0\qemu-system-x86_64.exe: warning:
GLib: Too many handles to wait for!
This problem is in GLib, rather than QEMU. What version of GLib are you
building & running against ?

Cygwin64 provides the package mingw-w64-x86_64-glib2.0 containing glib 2.54.3-1

After your push in this direction I rebuilt spice and qemu with Msys2 which provides the package mingw-w64-x86_64-glib2 containing glib 2.66.7-1

Using current virt-viewer instead of outdated spicy-client provided by cygwin64 qemu enabled spice on windows 10 host works like a charm.

Thanks for your help,
