In linux, it might be installed by default the webdavd daemon in the guest, named spice-webdavd. On your windows guest, have you installed it? You can find the 2.2 version here https://www.spice-space.org/download/windows/spice-webdavd/ While there is a release of 2.3, it hasn't been uploaded on spice-space.org yet.
