"Adjust for best performance", how is that normally done in general qemu/KVM? And even then I'd need to find out in Proxmox...

This is setting on guest, under control panel - system - advanced - visual effects
 

I don't know for sure about the typical bandwidth here in the LAN, only knowing both Proxmox server and laptop client have 100 Gb/s Ethernet NICs, and the average client-to-server ping time is 0.4 ms.

Also still waiting whether mr Ziglio is able to see the thread, just in case more could be done to improve SPICE for Windows 10...
