Hmm, I guess this is the test added in https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/spice/linux/vd_agent/commit/b5f8b3c39df917673
but I don't really know why spice-vdagent would check for the virtio
device rather than spice-vdagentd. Maybe try to start it with
spice-vdagent -s /dev/null.
