I think the confusion of having gitlab.com/spice outweighs the
benefit of having a repository mirror, but I don't mind much. We
can let it be mirrored for some time and see.

The reason I did not include spice-nsis is because we have it
in gitlab.freedesktop.org [1] but unless I missed something, none
of them are mirrored (I just notice that)
