This is gstreamer based plugin for spice streaming agent. This plugin
is considered experimental but can be very useful for testing purposes.

Notes:
*It is currently uses sw h264 encoding (using x264enc plugin), may not
be good enough for streaming your desktop.
*Checks and error handling can be improved
*The use of Gstreamer may be adjusted better for desktop streaming
*It would be nice to generalize the code to be able to use more
encoders other than h264(x264) (gst encodebin?) ;)
Yup, I'd definitely favour something using vp8/vp9 rather than h264
(which is not available by default on fedora/rhel/...)

Agree, as mentioned the idea is to generalized it using encodebin
which allows to define encoding profile and load relevant elements
according to their availability and the compression standard that
was chosen.

By then it could be helpful mainly for testing purposes :)
