Most functions in quic_tmpl.c/quic_rgb_tmpl.c have only superficial differences. One of them is using channel->state or encoder->rgb_state. This commit adds a local CommonState *state in all template methods which will be used instead of channel->state or encoder->rgb_state. This makes it easier to spot the common code between the 2 template files...
