Looking at last working job (master) https://gitlab.com/spice/spice/-/jobs/20620984 when dnf debuginfo-install spice-server -y is executed 61 debuginfo packages are installed while on https://gitlab.com/spice/spice/-/jobs/22047780 only spice-debuginfo package is installed.
