This needs work on the openstack side if you want to be able to access one of its VM using remote-viewer/virt-viewer or virt-manager. This question comes up once in a while, I know of https://github.com/vladikr/spicetcpproxy which was working towards that, but I don't think this ever landed in openstack upstream :-( Christophe
