[PATCH spice-gtk] main: Handle file-xfer detailed errors

Log appropriate error messages when we receive
VD_AGENT_FILE_XFER_STATUS_SESSION_LOCKED or
VD_AGENT_FILE_XFER_STATUS_NO_AGENT.
