First two patches replace the previous "Using declspec instead
of #pragma to declare pageable" which although correct was
unexpectedly large.
Third is the updated (comment) one for dynamic MmMapIoSpaceEx
detection.
The is one missing hunk from a previous patch
("Code Analysis fix").
Others are mainly small style changes.
