There is no actual WDDM driver for Windows 7 but perhaps would be better to fix/improve the actual driver instead of trying another one. Are you able to try current WDDM driver with a recent version of Windows (like Windows 10) and see if the flickering is still present? How can we reproduce the issue? Which application are you using? Can you post a small video of the issue?
