At this point, if you want the h264 encoding/decoding to be
hardware-accelerated, no it's not possible. If there are some GStreamer
elements providing hardware-accelerated h264 encoding/decoding, it
should not be too hard to make some hack to use it, but you'll need to
make some changes to the source code.
