Hello, First of all, thanks for your help. The biggest change was that we changed the physical server, but i have used the same debs for the installation and used the same ubuntu. The spice-html5 client was upgraded, but with the old version it behaves the same. For now I can't use the old server for this, but I will try to check the versions of its dependences in both setups. When we open the client it works well, but then it stops randomly; sometimes in a few seconds, sometimes it lasts more than a minute or two. Trying to figure out what's happening I found that marking all blocks as keyframes (this.simple_block(data, true); on playback.js line 132) the sound is much more stable. The sound works well on spicy and other native clients, we have tested the spice-html5 client on chrome and firefox on linux and windows with the same results. I really appreciate any help you can provide.First thing I would check is what has changed in your setup between when this worked and when this stopped working. Have you upgraded Xspice/spice-server/qemu/... ? Have you upgraded spice-html5 ? If you go back to older versions, do you manage to get it back to working? Christophe --
