Actually, I realized today that spice-gtk does *not* build spice-common
with -DSPICE_DISABLE_ABORT (which is how I understood this email).
-DSPICE_DISABLE_ABORT is only set in spice-gtk/src/Makefile.am.
I don't know if this is on purpose or not, but this has been the case
since at least spice-gtk 0.14.
