[spice PATCH v1 0/2] char-device: set pointers to NULL

With latest patches this should resolve:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1281455

Tested with shared-folders (webdav) and sharing webcam a few times.

  spicevmc: set state of DeviceInstance to NULL
