They are not, at least for now, to the best of my knowledge.

vdagent.py might be interesting, unless it's already done elsewhere.
So far it was enough for us to use the prebuilt rpms.

Also the stuff for unattended installation seems interesting, but I didn't
look at that much so far.

The virtio-win iso handling stuff is obsolete, AFAIU, since we now just
copy their iso as is. We do this in using [1]. The result (published by
jenkins) is [2].
