I've done more digging, and I think I missed the larger flaw on this
issue.  That is, rather than enabling/disabling the mouse on agent
connect/disconnect, I think we should be adding/removing the vdagent
interface on connect/disconnect.

I'm going to work on and send a new patch series that does that instead.
