This iteration fixes some issues in case client reports are not supported, and when using a very fast network (typically localhost). Otherwise not much has changed. It also contains both the server and spice-gtk patches. - Patches 02 to 15 are for the server side. - Patches 16 to 20 are for the Spice-gtk client. - Patch 01 defines the new protocol contants and is needed for patches 04-15 and 17-20.
