It would also be good, in case your host and client are the same machine, to test with QEMU_AUDIO_DRV=pa (in case you are using pulseaudio) this way we can verify if this is a spice bug or not. You can file a bug under the server component [0] when you got more info and if this is not related to spice we can move it afterwards.
