Last time this was discussed, the .proto files and enums.h generation
was not moved to spice-protocol, which made things suboptimal. This
series is an improvement over what was proposed last time (and my
understanding is that this was one acceptable way of removing the
submodule, 2nd option being to just merge spice-protocol and
spice-common).
