It is a proposal from 2y ago. Unfortunately, nobody took it over.
It works similarly to the websocket proxy support. It provides a new
http connect proxy service, and creates .vv on the fly for virt-viewer
to open the connection appropriately with the right token.

If you are familiar with the websocket proxy in openstack, it shouldn't
be too hard to setup and resurect the patches.
