UsbDk 1.0.3 released

Hi All,

The new version of UsbDk (1.0.3) was released.

Major change in this version is introduction of persistent hider API intended to detach USB devices
from Windows USB stack on permanent basis. USB device hidden with this API will stay in detached state
until corresponding un-hide API function called or UsbDk uninstalled.

UsbDk SW development manual was extended with description of this feature,
UsbDkController.exe command line switches added to demonstrate usage of the API.
