Severity "Medium" as this bug kill the clipboard.

spice-guest-tools-0.74.exe

This problem is isolated to XP-Pro-SP3 guest with no updates.
The problem does not reproduce in Windows 7 Pro x64 or
Fedora Core 21-x64 guests.

When I install spice-guest-tools-0.74.exe, in the Device
Manager (show hidden), I get the two "virt-Serial Driver",
one with a bang mark.

No manner of fussing with the drivers is
   C:\Program Files\SPICE Guest Tools\drivers\winxp\x86
will please XP, including a force install of the driver.

Uninstall spice-guest-tools-0.74.exe (manually removing
the Program Files directory) and reverting to
     spice-guest-tools-0.52.exe

Gives the same initial symptom of two "virt-Serial Driver",
one with a bang mark. But! When updating the drivers
from the ones in
   C:\Program Files\SPICE Guest Tools\drivers\winxp\x86
automatically loads a driver called:
   virt-Serial Driver Raw PDO

And it neglected to prompt for a reboot. After a reboot
the clipboard work fine.

Please fix the missing reboot prompt too.
