Hi All,

Reference: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1194935
(Quoted below)

Did you guys change your mind on this and implement it?

I can not drag a larger or smaller screen in my VM's of FC21 or
XP (haven't tried the other ones yet). On XP, I am running
        virtio-win-0.1.100
and   spice-guest-tools-0.74.exe

0.74 seems to be the latest.

Is there something special I should do to implement this?

Could you check if the QXL driver is correctly installed, and if the agent is also running?

What client are you using?

thanks

Hi Marc,

Got me a new wonderful NEC E231W-BK monitor (1920 x 1080
and LED backlit). Can't wait to get this running! My
VM's are sized all over the place.

In Fedora Core 21 (FC21) I am running:

$ rpm -qa \*spice\*
spice-vdagent-0.15.0-3.fc21.x86_64

And it seems to be running:
$ ps ax | grep spice
  676 ?        Ss     0:00 /usr/sbin/spice-vdagentd
 1433 ?        Ss     0:00 /usr/bin/spice-vdagent

In XP I am running

virtio-win-0.1.100
spice-guest-tools-0.74.exe

The device manager says the video driver is
    Red Hat QXL GPU
    7/17/2013
    5.1.0.10018

In FC21, this is my video configuration:
    <video>
      <model type='qxl' ram='65536' vram='65536' heads='1'/>
<address type='pci' domain='0x0000' bus='0x00' slot='0x02' function='0x0'/>
    </video>

In XP, this is my video configuration:
    <video>
      <model type='qxl' ram='65536' vram='65536' heads='1'/>
<address type='pci' domain='0x0000' bus='0x00' slot='0x02' function='0x0'/>
    </video>

What am I doing wrong? (I can't wait to get this fixed!)

Many thanks,
-T
