That's an interesting approach. Have you a reason to implement the keybinding in spice-gtk instead of virt-viewer?

virt-viewer handles all the keybindings now, it's a bit historic the reason why the ungrab binding is in spice-gtk.

In virt-viewer, the bindings are registered with gtk, and there are facilities to provide keybinding configurations, so I would rather implement it there.
