I've tested this with a VM with streaming mode set to 'all', and with
video playback in youtube.
I've set breakpoints in remote-viewer (client-side) on
display_handle_stream_create and display_handle_stream_data and I get
one STREAM_CREATE message followed by plenty of STREAM_DATA messages.
I don't know why this is not happening in your case.
