Both those work - they show in the window title and work for releasing the 
cursor.

However if I try "release-cursor=Ctrl+Alt" I just get "(Press  to release)" 
and the combo does not work.

However to revise my subject - this happens the same whether I use a 
spiceproxy file or use command line options, i.e

Works:
  remote-viewer spice://localhost:5900 --hotkeys=release-cursor=Ctrl+Alt+R

Does not Work:
  remote-viewer spice://localhost:5900 --hotkeys=release-cursor=Ctrl+Alt

Not specifying it as doesn't work either



This is with spice-gtk and virt-viewer builty from master.
