[xf86-video-qxl warnings 0/6] Non controversial warning cleanup

The following set of patches, taken with a set of warning patches
I sent today to xorg[1], drastically reduce the warnings produced
when building xf86-video-qxl.

These patches, I believe, are all non controversial.  I'll send the
controversial patch next <grin>.
