After upgrading to 0.52 I also have crashes on this host. Somehow it looks like it's related the guest tools. One difference I saw was that the balloon service was active which wasn't the case with 0.2. I removed the service and will see what happens now... I upgraded now to version 0.52. Will report if there's any issue now with 0.52.
