Hi

We've accumulated a nice collection of bug-fixes in master since
the 0.12.1 release, and 1 new feature in the form of the ports
channel.

I think that for the bugfixes we should do a 0.12.2 release
(and build it for Fedora-18+).

Marc-André do you think the ports channel is good to go for
a release, or should we start a 0.12 branch with just
the fixes ?

I am quite confident it is good enough. It doesn't change anything significantly, so it should be quite safe. I was also thinking releasing a new spice-gtk, with support for ports & http proxy & all the fixes.

Great, so lets release 0.12.2 then.

Questions:
1) Do we also need a new spice-protocol release
2) Any takers for doing a make dist, checking the tarbals, tagging & uploading ?

As said before I can take care of the Fedora builds...

Regards,

Hans

p.s. on tagging it looks like the 0.12.1 release was never tagged, or the
tag was not pushed.
