Not sure there is, but this would amount to
"install the mingw compiler and the mingw-* virt-viewer dependencies using
yum on fedora 17 or fedora 18, unpack virt-viewer source, run
mingw32-configure; make; make install, and then run make-nsis on the .nsis
file that comes with virt-viewer source"
