Yes, my bad, though I think I gave a link to the needed binary when the
issue was raised, I just didn't fix the web page to readd a link to it.
Now this is done.

Actually, the current Windows version is quite outdated and has no fancy
installer *because* it's built using VC++ and this would require someone
with access to a Windows machine, and familiar enough with Windows
development to do the work. Cross-compiling stuff from Linux will make it
easier for us to have regular Windows builds *and* to provide a nicer
installer using NSIS (same kind of installer as the guest drivers). All of
this can even be done on the Fedora infrastructure thanks to all the recent
mingw work over there.

The plan is to replace the current client with a client based on spice-gtk
and virt-viewer which is called remote-viewer. It's no longer command-line
only now that https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=803777 has been
fixed.
