If you have 128M or 256M DIMMs for U5/U10, these would be useful (RAM in my U5 is dying). Maybe also 64M or 128M DIMMs for U1/U1E (my U1E is somewhat dead, I also suspect the mainboard). U1 is still alive and kicking.
