Neta X1 Tulip Issue - Resend

Dave Miller asked me to forward this report here.

I've tried reporting this several times, this issue started with 2.6.24.

It randomly just stops transmitting after receiving after an oops.

This is from a fresh install of a 2.6.30.5 kernel.
